How we build it
Built around the control room
Most workforce software starts from payroll or an HR record. Timax starts from the contract and the night shift, then connects the rest to it.
Made for UK guarding
SIA licences, RIDDOR, the Daily Occurrence Book, lone-worker check calls and agency labour are part of the product, not workarounds.
Honest about what it does
We say what Timax does today and what it does not. For example, it exports timesheets for your payroll team and does not produce client invoices.
Your data stays yours
Each company's data is kept separate. You decide what your clients see, and every change to officers, shifts and patterns is on an audit record.
